Shipping Policy

At Amruthodbhava, we take immense pride in our packaging. We use high-quality materials to ensure your pickles and oils reach you safely. Because of our rigorous packing standards, 95% of our orders arrive in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Methods & Locations

  • Pickles & Specialty Items: Delivered India-wide via reputed couriers.

  • 16.5L Wood-Pressed Oil Tins: These bulk tins are shipped India-wide via heavy-duty transport to the nearest transport office or delivery point in your location.

  • 1L and 5L Oil Bottles: To ensure freshness and prevent leaks, these sizes are strictly available for Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Vijayawada only. These are delivered quickly via Rapido or Porter.

2. What to Expect Upon Delivery

  • Bulk Oil Tins (16.5L): Since these travel through specialized transport, it is common to see minor oil marks on the outer carton packaging. This is a normal occurrence with cold-pressed oils during transit and does not affect the quality or quantity of the oil inside.

  • Handling: Our packaging is designed to be sturdy, but please handle the tins and glass/PET jars with care once received.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is calculated based on weight and your specific location. We will provide the final shipping quote during our WhatsApp conversation before you make your payment.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, Amruthodbhava Foods is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, strikes, or transit delays by the courier partner.

  • Failed delivery attempts where the customer is unavailable.

7. Damages

If you receive your order and find the packaging damaged or leaking, please:

  1. Take a photo/video of the damaged package immediately.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours at [EMAIL ADDRESS/WHATSAPP]. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Terms of Service.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to bring the taste of Andhra to the world soon!
