• WhatsApp Interaction: When you click "BUY ON WHATSAPP," we do not collect your data on this website. We only receive the information you choose to share with us via WhatsApp (such as your phone number, name, and delivery address).

• Usage: Your contact details are used strictly for order fulfillment, payment confirmation, and sharing tracking details for your pickles and oils. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

2. Nationwide Shipping Rules

To ensure the safety and quality of our products during transit, we follow these specific shipping guidelines:

• Pickles & 16.5L Oil Tins: We provide India-wide delivery for all our handmade pickles and our bulk 16.5L wood-pressed oil tins.

• 1L and 5L Oil Bottles: These specific sizes are available for delivery ONLY within Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Vijayawada.

• Shipping Costs: Final shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order weight during our WhatsApp conversation.

3. Payment & Order Finalization

• Orders are not "placed" until payment is confirmed.

• We accept payments via UPI (GPay/PhonePe). Payment details will be provided directly to you during our WhatsApp chat once we confirm stock and shipping availability for your region.

4. No Return & No Refund Policy

• Perishable Nature: As our products are food items (pickles and oils) made without artificial preservatives, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

• Damages: If a product is damaged during transit, please share a photo/video of the unopened package on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will review and assist you with a resolution.

5. Quality Guarantee

Every bottle of Amruthodbhava oil and every pack of our pickle is prepared with the utmost care for hygiene and tradition. By finalizing your order on WhatsApp, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
