Because Amruthodbhava products are perishable food items made without artificial preservatives, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards for all our customers.
No Returns or Exchanges
- Perishable Nature: Due to health, safety, and the perishable nature of our food products (Pickles and Oils), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
- Order Confirmation: Since all orders are finalized through a direct WhatsApp conversation where we confirm your items and shipping details, we consider all sales final once payment is received and the order is dispatched.
- We do not offer refunds for minor oil staining on the outer cardboard packaging, as this is a standard characteristic of shipping wood-pressed oils
- .Batch-Fresh Quality Guarantee: At Amruthodbhava, we do not stock old inventory. Every jar of our non-vegetarian pickle is prepared in fresh, small batches to ensure you receive the highest quality and traditional taste. Because of this fresh preparation process, we are unable to approve any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and preparation has begun. This policy ensures that every customer receives only the freshest products, made specifically for them."
